54TH ANNUAL CHRISTMAS CRAFT SHOW is from 9 a.m.4 p.m. at Memorial Auditorium, 200 N. Front St. Discover vendors filling two floors plus the stage, for your shopping convenience.

A VERY HERITAGE CHRISTMAS is at 5:30 p.m. at Des Moines County Historical Society’s Heritage Center, 501 N. Fourth St. For tickets, visit dmchs.org.

ELF SHOWING is at 7 p.m. at The Capitol, 211 N. Third St.

FESTIVAL OF LESSONS and Carols starts at 7 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 421 Washington St., with Bel Canto Chorale, Shoquoquon Children’s Choir and Southeast Iowa Brass Quintet.Admission is free.

GLENN ANDERSON will play at the Night Cap Listening Lounge, 211 N. Third St., at 8 p.m.

HOLIDAY ON MAIN, Mount Pleasant, starts with breakfast with Santa from 7-9 a.m. in the Union Block Building.

TIN SOLDIER Craft making is at Mellinger Memorial Library, 11 E. Division St. Space is limited, register ahead for the kids class at 10 a.m. or adults class at 11 a.m.

HOLIDAY STROLL CRAFT is at 3:30 p.m. at Mellinger Memorial Library, 11 E. Division St., Morning Sun. Make a tissue paper tree then head to the Community Center to have supper and view decorated trees.

HOMETOWN FOR THE HOLIDAYS starts at 3:30 p.m. at Morning Sun Community Center, 106 N. Main St. Take photos with Santa, 3:30-5 p.m.; enjoy a soup supper, 5-7 p.m.; and school children go caroling, 6:15-7 p.m. Also take the Holiday Stroll from 3:30 -5 p.m. with stops at Dairy Barn-Coffee & Cocoa, Mellinger Library, the Centenary Morning Sun Methodist Church and The Way Church.

CRAFT BAZAAR and cookie booth fundraiser is from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. at Klein Center, 1307 S. Gear Ave., West Burlington,

LET YOUR LITTLES SHOP takes place from 10 a.m.-noon in the Clark Elementary School cafeteria. 401 S. Walnut St., New London. Gifts range from $1-$20.
